2001 Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. (ABC) of Metropolitan Washington “Excellence in Construction Awards”
This project is a five-story interior fit-out featuring different color schemes on each floor, with special Marblelux finishes at each elevator lobby. This project also features a custom triangular cherry reception desk and wood paneling in the Executive Conference Room. The lively colors in the square patterned carpet, brings out the different atmospheres. Wall covering imported from Italy matches the floor scheme on each floor and gives the space graceful and fresh looks.
2001 The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) of Metropolitan Washington “Washington Contractor Award”
Clemente Development Corporation (CDC) retained Fanelli McClain to redesign a more upscale image for their building’s lobby at 8500 Leesburg Pike in Tyson Corner. The existing 3,000 square foot lobby was under lit and the finishes were outdated. The polished granite floor and stainless steel elevator doors enlivened the space.
2004 ABC of Metropolitan Washington “Excellence in Construction Awards”
The project involved a phased construction and occupancy of this 55,000 square foot office building. The five story office building connects to the existing 105,000 square foot Lee Building with a new two-story glass atrium that features full-height wood wall panels and granite flooring. With the new building, FASEB has increased its headquarters’ office space by about 50 percent.
