Develop new space and furniture
standards to maintain maximum efficiency and minimal expenditure
Prepare a space and furniture standards manual for all end-users' review and adherence.
Prepare documentation for LEED certification
Enhance flexibility and ergonomic considerations
Review client’s business plan to ensure
that the strategic objectives are met
Analyze workflow, paper flow, critical adjacencies,
filing, storage and support area requirements
Prepare a programming report documenting the
tenant’s current space requirements and estimated future space
needs
Prepare A&E test fit using the space requirements
and data documented in the programming report
Use the programming report to document the most
efficient and versatile use of space
The programming report typically includes
the following documentation:
General goals and requirements of future office space
Graphic space and furniture standards diagrams
Staffing matrixes for each department or work group
Defining support area requirements for individual departments
and those to be shared by several departments
Bubble diagrams illustrating the workflow and critical adjacencies
